Farida Alami is an Award winning Videographer and Editor who was born in Casablanca, Morocco. She moved to Los Angeles, 6 years ago to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.

As an avid surfer, she witnessed the abundance of trash in the ocean which inspired her to produce and direct a documentary called Plastic Disaster.

This documentary has raised awareness on the severity of plastic pollution in our oceans. In addition, Plastic Disaster has won major awards and accolades of critics.

Farida has directed and edited multiple other projects including narratives, promotionals, and music videos.

In her work, she has developed leadership, communication, cinematography, and editing skills. Farida is fluent in English, French and Arabic. She is passionate about sports, loves to surf, travel and connect with mother nature.
